The Socceroos return to action in November with two exciting international friendlies against top South American opponents as part of their 2026 FIFA World Cup preparations.
The Socceroos kick off their US tour with a tough test against Venezuela on Saturday — a fast, technical side known for their attacking flair. It’s a key opportunity for Australia to sharpen their form and test new combinations ahead of next year’s qualifiers. Five days later in New York Australia will face Colombia in their second friendly of the tour. Expect a high-intensity clash, with both nations fielding strong squads and looking to build momentum toward the World Cup.
Both matches will be broadcast live on Network 10 and streamed via 10 Play for Australian audiences.
Kick-off times will vary by state, so check local listings closer to match day.

Australia and New Zealand have already qualified for the 2026 World Cup will play international friendly on Friday at the GIO Stadium in Bruce. Australia have won five and drawn three of their eight last matches, with the team finishing second behind Japan in Group C to ensure that they will be present at the 2026 World Cup. The Socceroos comfortably lead the overall head-to-head record against New Zealand, winning 41 times and suffering only 13 defeats, and they have not been beaten by All Whites since July 2002. The Socceroos travel to the Middle East to take on Bahrain at Bahrain National Stadium on Wednesday, 20 November. It will be the final game for the Australian national team in 2024, with four crucial qualifiers remaining in Group C in our AFC Asian Qualifiers. The match against Bahrain will be streamed live and exclusively on Paramount .
